I can't resist Hello Kitty cupcakes. Apparently, I am not alone in my affection for Miss Kitty. Animated Cupcakes has created these Hello Kitty delights by baking strawberry bits into the cupcake batter and topping them with "silky strawberry cream cheese frosting."

They look delicious! And, according to Animated Cupcakes, they tatse like cheesecake.

You can purchase Animated Cupcakes at Genki Living in Garden Grove, California from Friday night through the weekend. Genki is open until 11 PM on Friday and Sunday nights and they stay open until 12 midnight on Saturdays.
