Packing Cheese Quesadilla In A Lunchbox

Cheese quesadillas make excellent portable lunches.  If you are tired of packing the old boring sandwiches for lunch, try cheese quesadillas! Cheese quesadillas are made by putting shredded cheese inside a flour tortilla, folding the tortilla in half and cooking it in a frying pan for a minute on each side until cheese is melted.  For a complete recipe, see cheese quesadillas recipe.  Even though cheese quesadillas taste best piping hot right out of the frying pan, they are still pretty good cold or reheated in a microwave. To pack cheese quesadilla in a lunchbox, just put it inside the plastic ziploc bag.  Cheese quesadillas are very convenient – they don’t fall apart and don’t get soggy! If you are packing school lunches for kids, give cheese quesadillas a try – most kids love them!
