Stir Fried Chicken Recipe With Asparagus And Mushrooms Ingredients 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces 1 lb asparagus, cut into small pieces (discard tough ends before slicing) 1 lb mushrooms, sliced 2 onions, sliced 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp oil 3 tbsp soy sauce 1/4 tsp pepper Instructions How To Make Stir Fried Chicken Heat 1 tsp oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove the cooked chicken into a large bowl.
