Indoor Lobster Bake

Today is Internet Cooking Husband's birthday! {Happy birthday smooch smooch!} We're throwing a small indoor lobster bake in honor of his 33rd.  It's the perfect way to cozy up on a cold winter's night while evoking summertime Hamptons' whimsy! Which is what every 33-year-old male wants for his birthday - whimsy. {Take notes, ladies.}
Indoor Lobster Bake in Four Steps

1. Kick-off cocktail hour with a quintessentially American Tom Collins and smoked salmon pâté shaped in these adorable vintage fish molds.

2. Ease into the main event with a classic Caesar salad - you can't go wrong with Julia's.

3. Grab your seafood forks and butter warmers, bib up, and get ready for baked, stuffed lobsters - mayhaps one of the best ways to prepare le tenderloin of the sea.

4. IF you still have room for dessert, fire up the espresso machine and have a carrot cake on standby from your favorite bakery. {Holla at ya Society!} Or, bring out the blow torches for some indoor s'mores. Either way, a capital and stress-free dessert is in order.
