I may date myself by asking this: What happened to the live seafood tanks at our local supermarkets? I grew up with them and around this time of the year, they?d be filled with Maine lobsters ? ready for romantic Valentine?s Day feasts. My local Whole Foods market opened with a live tank but did away with it because there wasn?t enough demand.
